Allen (R) in VA is leading by a hair's breadth. And to think, he was supposed to be a contender for the Repub nomination. Now, not so much...
Still looking like the Reps will hold the Senate - but only just!
GWB to have a press conference tomorrow at 1pm. No comment from the Pres till then, or so CNN says.

did you notice that Sen. Clinton won by a landslide? and the ousted Democrat Sen. Joe Lieberman won as an independent?

All I can say is good. I am generally Libertarian in my leanings and not totally comfortable with some of the more left wing elements in the Democrats and Liberals, but I still find them preferable to the regressive policies of the Republicans and Conservatives
